Issue with Appstore anyone?

So, ive been updating my stuff, and i noticed that Angry birds was FREE.... I had to pay for that on my Iphone, so this was a BONUS.

I checked my wireless data usage. Usually i use 100 MB per month, in the past 2 days, since i downloaded, ive hit my 250MB mark, which is half way. Shows that i downloaded Angry birds on MULTIPLE occasions.

Unfortunatly, the game was never able to install. Whats with this? So i connected it to my Wifi, and re-downloaded. Same issue. What gives? This seems to be the only apps ive had issues with.

Im running S7.

Im going to call Rogers tomorrow and see if they can "credit" data, just so i dont go over.

Anyone know what the deal is on the app not being able to install?

Narrowed down to network issues. the Rogers site is half not working, i cant get ahold of anyone properly by phone, and their network took a huge dump on their customers.
The program downloaded, but was corrupted, why it wouldnt install. When i switched to WIFI, it used my cached download. Works fine now, but Rogers is still having a pretty big issue.
