Help issue with notification

There is this notification about a file transfer through bluetooth that failed .
The notification keeps appearing even if i click on it and say accept or decline.it stays even after i have switched off my bluetooth and even restarted my phone.
Help me out guys with a few suggestions..

My friend faced it before. While the problem solved after below action:
1. Unpaired to the devices - Setting -> Wireless & networks -> Bluetooth setting -> click to turn Bluetooth -> click the Bluetooth devices which you are connect before with 2 second -> Prompt a small window -> select [Unpair].
2. Delete the item which you want to transfer (If you are the sender)

Then wait and see whether the problem still occurrence.
If still happen, Restart you phone again.
