Help Issue with screen password

When open flip cover I found lags time until screen pswd window appear, then another lag more than 10s til keyboard shown. Then another lag when typing the password, worst thing the screen then closed or hang. Then I have take out the battery to reboot. Please help, tks

How does it behave without the S Case.
I can detect no delay on my N3 when I access the swipe/pattern screen when I go to start or make it active.
I don't have an S Case so I cannot compare, just wanted to know how it behaved when it was not in the case?
