I just downloaded and installed the beta version of swype for my droid incredible. And i keep getting an error message that says "swype is configured for another device and will have limited functionality" and it wont let me swype i have to tap to text. Any idea what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Uninstall it. Try again. Take a look at the swype website and see if they have covered the issue at all. If nothing prevails then just report the issue to them! 
i'm getting the "trial the trail has ended" message, but it's weird cause i just update to the new beta version a few days ago via the email they sent me. My friend with an Evo is also having problems with his Swype. 
I tried re-installing it 3 times and swtiching back and forth between stock keyword and swype. Nothing happens. Won't work for me anymore.
