ISSUES!!! Home key button moves! Spen isnt easy to take out!

I can confirm that the home button moves as well :( I did not pay attention to it when I had bought it in Hong Kong. I get back to Taiwan and as I looked more closely into small details I noticed that the freakin home button wiggles a bit. You can push it up or down from either side :( I was thinking Fuc* why didn't I see this when I bought it :mad: They have a 10 days replacement from Fortress in Hong Kong but I was not going to fly back just to replace it with a new one :mad:

Otherwise it is ok. When I compare my Samsung Note 3 to my HTC ONE side by side you really appreciate them HTC ONE Speakers when playing a game,talking,or watching a video. Samsung Note 3 speaker sucks in comparison to the HTC ONE but otherwise the best thing about it is the Video recording capabilities which is pretty freakin sick. I have never ever seen a smartphone record with such outstanding video quality.:D

Sounds like it was a good thing I was man enough to get the white one lol
haha yea but after what i know now i wish i got the white one actually its not bad i looked at the white one today and i like the lil details it has around the screen the black one is just plain but still sharp looking.

That's good to hear I haven't seen either one in person I was hoping the white would look good

The difference around the screen is why I am keeping my black one. I was going to swap it for a white one and put a black oem back on it I bought off ebay. I went back to the store today to look at the white model next to my black one and decided the front of the black looks better than the white. and, my home button is rock solid.

BTW, I checked the home button on both displays at the at&t store and both were loose and moved around. They also protruded more than mine. Mine is almost flush with the screen and doesn't move around at all.

Be warned the loose home button after a while fails to work correctly.{JK}

Another Update:

Spoke to samsung today about the home key issue all they said they can do is have me send it back so they can fix it and send it back out im like hell no i need my phone thats some bullsht! Called tmobile and they said i can exchange it to the white one at any tmobile store without a $50 restocking fee so i will see what im gonna do as i only have 6 more days to decide since its 14days to exchange or return. It does make me feel a lil better considering i looked at already 10 black note 3s and they all have the issue with home key but still some bullsht but i havent looked at any from at&t yet.

It is my understanding that if the phone is defective then the provider has no right to charge a re-stocking fee. Not exactly doing you any favors.

Right thats what im saying! When i spoke to the tmobile store the guy said $50 restocking fee cause your getting a white one not black im like wtf but anyway thats all tmobile can do for us is swap u to the white one with no restocking fee or just keep exchanging over n over to end up with the same result.

Damn I was all set in getting the note 3 now I think I should reconsider. I know Samsung is hit or miss with quality control as I've owned several samsung products and they either work really well or have issues.

In Hong Kong within the first 10 days they replace it with a new one but after 10 days the warranty kicks in and they just fix it for you. I went to two different telecom shops here in Taipei and both telecom shops had the Note 3 out in display. Both those shops of which had the Note 3 on display had Note 3 's with the same home button issues to where the home button wiggles.:(

My home button moves too, noticed it as soon as I got home after buying my black one. Nice to know I am not the only person with OCD going nuts because of it. I am constantly pulling one side down with my fingernail to straighten it out. :mad:

Just got my VZW black version delivered. No time to activate or turn on before leaving for work, but the Home key seems perfectly tight and solid. Will update if it turns out otherwise.
