Help Issues with apps & wrong time

Ok I have a weird issue with my apps (tweetcaster, fb, babyesp). They all seem to have the wrong time. For example if I post a comment or post a pic etc on fb the time will be wrong. It will say it was posted an hour ago even though its only been a few minutes. Same thing with tweetcaster and babyesp. Any ideas? TIA

I don't have an automatic time option under my date & time. All I have under this tab are:

Set date
Set time
Select time zone
Use 24 hour format
Select date format

Not sure if there s an option in the settings (haven't looked, sorry), but individual Apps - depending on what they do - do have time settings. One of them is "Use local time".
When I select that option, then the clock on the home Page, SMS etc shows an hour fast. e.g. 11.10 instead of 10.10.
I am in the UK by the way with daylight saving, so that may explain it for me.

Your time zone is incorrect. You set it up for GMT and not London/ Dublin and GMT does not change for summer.

Thought I'd changed it when the clocks changed, obviously not. Will check, thanks for that.
