Root Issues with Cyanogen

Hello all, is anyone having issues with CM and Hulu? I have it on my phone but when i back out (which i thought closes apps) Hulu still runs in background cause I still hear my show and when I launch it again it opens a fresh session? I use a task killer to close it but is there another way around this cause I hate task killers. Thats one thing I like about MIUI is that if you hold the back key it closes the app out.

You can do the same thing with CM as you do MIUI. Its should be in the cyanogen settings, however I am having trouble finding it! Figures right? Lol. Ill post back when I can find it!
