Help Issues with my note. Just started.

My wallpaper changes by itself. I'm not using any apps to make it happen and I'm not using the live wallpaper app. It changes by itself when I lock my phone and when I close out a game or app.
Also, it has started lagging like crazy when using keyboard. Key pressing is delayed and lagging. I'm using swiftkey keyboard from the market. I used swiftkey on my atrix 4g and no problems. But both of these problems just started today. Any help is appreciated.

Try a factory data reset. It should do the trick.

You will lose everything on the phone which is a pain. As for apps you can do a back up I used to use an app called app brain. For music and photos you can store them on your computer or sd card take the sd card out during the reset. I guess you can also move some apps to the sd as well. A factory data restore returns the phone to the way it was when you opened it
