Help Issues with PC recognizing my Droid

When I put my Incredible S into debug mode for rooting, my PC will not recognize my Droid. What gives? Works fine when not in debug mode.

I have tried updating the driver when in debug mode, and it says not updates available.

Partially figured out what is wrong. You need to install HTC Sync on your PC to get the driver needed for running in debug mode. Still having issues with rooting thought.
