Issues with sms

I have had this problem since i have had my hero, the problem is every time i send a sms message and there is not signal it just refuses too send it.

I understand it wont send it but all the years I owned nokia handsets they would postpone the message for a later time and once reception returned it would be delivered

I'm currently using handcent at the moment and my hero is v1.5 on Three network.

Any ideas welcome

Have you checked with your network provider, see what they have to say?

See if it's a problem to do with them.

If you have no signal, it wont auto resend on gaining signal, Handcent gives you a warning on the status bar that you have un sent mssges, so that you can resend them manually..
