iSync plugin for Desire on a Mac

[ziko]

Hi guys,

Trying to sync my contacts with my new Desire but it seems that there is no iSync plugin for my system (10.6.4).

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,
I've the same problem...
I was trying to find a plugin but there are not...
So I decided to try to create one with tutorials but I have no programming skills.
My tutorial is : Howto Sync more Mobile Cell Phones with iSync - DIY Plugin Information...
I'm blocked at "step 4 : get your script". I'm supposed to find a plugin for a similar phone... Not easy...

If anyone can help... It would be nice!

Address Book > Preferences > Accounts > Synchronize with Google

Thats is you have a gmail account. Along with Dropbox kind of does away with the need for a mac account. It syncs mail and calendars as well.

Another solution is to export your address book (open Address Book; File > Export > Export Group vCard) and then sent it to your Desire via bluetooth; the contacts will be loaded automatically.

Our aim is to create an iSync plugin. Not to sync over the air nor export/import contacts via vCards...

Can someone help please?

It would be nice to create an isync plugin. I read the info apple gives about the iSync Plug-in Maker but i'm not able to add the phone to do the test. Anyone tried this?
