it freaking freeze after my update

I have recently bought my sony z1
I updated the system three days ago from 4.2.xxx (don't remember the exact version) to 4.3 n it freaking freeze from time to time since then
It was all smooth n handy before that
If it's not ready to be used, I really don't mind waiting or even not updating it
I just bought it a month ago n u act like that? It just pissing me off

It's generally recommended you factory reset after installing an OTA Update, there's some good info on why here: http://androidforums.com/htc-one-x-xl/666917-jb-update-issues-factory-resets-please-read.html

(It's written for another phone and update, but it rings true for all devices).

Use Sony's backup and restore app, backup all your apps and settings (or use Helium via the Play Store), then factory reset.
