Ok, I don't know what a micro disk is, but I can help with your problem of the phone not connecting to the computer.
When you plug the phone into the computer, look that the phone. You will have 3 options. Something like charge and disk, disk only, or charge only. Select one of these. If you select charge only, the phone will not be recognized by the computer and will only charge. When the phone is recognized by the computer, 2 drives will come up, if you have an SD card in the phone. One drive will be the internal storage in the phone and the other will be the SD card. At this point you can just drag and drop files to the phone just like you would a flash drive.
And currently there is no client like iTunes for Android. We have to use the slightly more complex, but not really complex at all, way of moving files to our phones.
