how do you move your itunes contacts into samsung captivate

Easiest way would be to sync your contacts with a gmail account with Itunes. On the device page and contacts section it gives an option to sync with Google Contacts under a pull-down menu. After syncing with the gmail account that you have on your captivate, the phone wil auto-sync your contacts from Gmail to the phone
