Help iTunes on Inspire

Could someone please tell me how easy/not easy it is to put iTunes songs onto the Inspire for listening purposes?

I currently have iMacs and MacBooks that contain iTunes songs that I listened to using the iPod feature on my iPhone 4 that just had a fatal run-in with the washing machine.

Will I be able to put the iTunes stuff onto the Inspire without going into a meltdown?
 
Keep in mind that the SIM card inside the phone is simply another drive from the PC's point of view. You can open it and simply move your music files from the PC into the phone SIM folder called "music."

Also note that previous to a year or two back, iTunes encrypted the music, so none of that will work without being decrypted. However, anything you've purchased recently will not be encrypted so shouldn't be a problem.
 
Check out DoubleTwist. Works really well too. The free version works great, if you buy the Airsync portion it gives you the ability to manager your music wirelessly and also makes your phone work with PS3 via DLNA...
 
I found you can use the native music application
Steps:
1. Set the usb connection to connect as disk drive.
2. Drag your music from itunes into one big folder. [So just mp3s in the folder]
3. Select all.
4. Copy
5. open another finder window. go to No name or whatever the android is calling itself as a disk drive.
6. Go to downloads.
7. Paste Music.
8. Wait for it to copy.
9. Eject drive and set phone to usb charge only.
10. open Music and listen away.
Edit: 11. You may need to hit the second to left most upper corner button, and set effects to dolby mobile.

No it isn't... SIM cards =/= MicroSD card.

SIM Cards hold data required for the cellular modem, and are not writable.
