Help Itunes sync

I cannot seem to get all my itunes over to my phone using the htc sync. It will transfer 3 albuns and all thier songs but nothing else. When I few my phones disk card they show to be there by I cannot get them to come into the music screen or play. Please help!

Are they songs that have Apple DRM (copyright protection)? If so most likely that is why they will not play right. I use iSyncr and it works great in transferring my playlists except for eight songs that have the DRM. This is simply one possible reason to consider.
