Help iTunes

I have had several instances lately where I had to go to iTunes to view and/or purchase a software file and podcasts. I can do that on my laptop but it's a pain when I'm sitting comfortably in my lounge chair with my tablet to have to get up, boot up and log into my laptop, and then copy or move it to my tablet. How can I find and purchase things that are only on iTunes from my Android?

That appears to only be to sync. I am talking about needing to buy an item on iTunes directly from my tablet or cell phone. I can copy files if I'm home at my laptop, but I need to be able to buy them directly from my tablet or cell phone.
