I have one problem my left side of my screen doesn't work so i can't type the letter a unless turned side ways anyway so which rom gives me a jellybean look and is cm10 finished or at least 4G working fully

You can get a jellybean look with any of the custom ROMs, or downloads like Holo Lock, Nova Launcher, and wallpapers. CM10 is in [WIP] and therefore Blue tooth and 4g aren't currently working. I can tell you downgrading from 4g-3g is a small sacrifice for that v4.1.2 in settings, plus the customizability, performance (up to 2ghz CPU clock mostly stable), and Google now not ported. Believe me the times are slightly slower, but I feel the trade off, plus challenge of custom ROMing a locked bootloader, is enough payoff to keep CM10 until a new version releases.

ok i mean out of gts roms which one is his lates that was theme almost with a cm feel
 
I've been using Samurai ROM since it came out and it's a great ROM by GT. I have installed the CM10 from PlayfulGod and backed it up but as much I love CM10 and PlayfulGod work which I've been using since my days with the LG Optimus I really can't afford not to have data, hopefully it can be done and I have faith that it will get resolve, the data issue that is. So for now Samurai is the way at least for me.

welcome to the spirit forum. Did you buy the phone brand new? If you did take it back get a new one.

It was my step dads but he never got it replaced so Iooking for the parts to fix it which probably is the whole screen maybe not the LCD

That sucks. :( Samurai is the best ROM for this phone. It's the one he's using for all his mods and themes. Its pretty quick and smooth.
 
Since your here with a broken screen we'll wave the $5 union fee.
