Help I've tried searching, but can't find info on this icon thing...

First, I want to say that I am a noob to flashing/root, but I did it the other day and it worked fine! but now I have this: "phone icon -- orange triangle -- computer" on my screen... I can enter download mode by removing battery, plugging in USB, holding vol +- and inserting battery, but what do I do from there?

I am sorry if there is info somewhere for this, I just can't find anything. I've been searching for the past 4 hours and have found nothing...

I really appreciate any help I can get!

Please delete this post... I got past this and I am in download mode, and stuck there... I posted in another related thread....
