I've turned on my New Milestone!

At last I bought a Milestone, I have to admin that is a great piece of hardware, the keyboard is not great but is much better than I thought.
I have a couple of questions on it.
How can i get accented letters from the hw keyboard?
It does become a little warm from time to time even if is not under intensive usage, it's that normal? It is related to cpu usage or i'ts also due to the 3g traffic?

The accented letters apear when you long press a specified letter (there are availble for the letters A, E, O, U, I).
..the phone's back becomes warm from battery charging, CPU usage but don't worry.. it will not explode ...a have a baterry usage app that tells me the % of usage, voltage and temperature.. you can find one free at the market.
