Update: it is not loading via TWRP2, in fact it sticks on the HTC load screen and I have to reflash recovery to have recovery again. I am going to try CWM next.
 
You know there's a nightly coming up every ...night, right ?
What you had there was, as you said, EXPERIMENTAL, but if you check now, they have a nightly available, give that a try !
 
I'm running the nightly from yesterday. It's pretty stable. At least as much as the 10.0 stable release was (which is pretty stable) from what I have seen, but I haven't tested everything yet.
 
Yeah, it is working great! I love the 2 finger pull down and group text messages. I also flashed the Nexus camera and have Photoshpere as well... I love it
