It's very dangerous to publish your email address on a public site like this; anyone could harvest it and pass it on to spammers. For your own safety I've removed it.
Likewise it's unwise to accept any files, let alone a kernel package, from a source you cannot verify. The dev's d/l link(s) usually contain MD5 fingerprint strings which ensure that the file is (a) complete and (b) unaltered from the original. Attaching such a vital file to an email is probably the most dangerous way to retrieve it, as any of the many servers it will pass through could easily corrupt the file and 'brick' your device when you flash it.
