Hello community I'm new here and I hope you can help me with the jelly bean 4.1.2 version. I recently upgraded my phone to this ver. and noticed no change between this and my previous version. For instance, the multi window feature is nowhere to be found neither any of the newer apps and other novelties for this phone. When checking my version it certainly says 4.1.2 so I don't know what's wrong and I hope you can help me to solve this. Thanks in advance.

MultiWindow was never implemented on the S3 mini. The 4.1.2 update was more of a performance enhancement and bug fix update, you really won't see anything new in it.

Think of it this way:
4.1.xxx are performance updates
4 .xx.xx are major updates that usually add new features
Xx.xx.xx are full OS updates.
