Jelly Bean fix?

Has the Jelly Bean update fixed the 4G stability, one way calling issue, and volume? Saw a few threads where it has fixed the issues but I wanted to get opinions. Thinking about going back to the GNex from a Razr Maxx. The battery is awesome but not in love with it like I was with my Gnex.

Thanks

the JB update did include a new radio. so maybe. i personally never really had any issues with the phone so i wouldn't notice any difference other than slightly better signal.

It's about the same as on 4.0.4... a little instability, but mostly better than earlier iterations of ICS.

Overall I'm pretty happy with JB update. Most issues it had with 4.0.2 in early days got addressed or mitigated at least. It's faster, lasts longer on standby and data connection is more stable.

Still the battery drain with screen on, 4G radio is painful. But it's limitation of hardware in Gnex that only newer 28nm based processor/radio chips can improve.

The 4G dBm still pretty high after the JB update?

It got marginally better from 4.0.2 when updated to 4.0.4. But I don't see much difference with JB 4.1.1 if any.

Back when it first launched last year, we were surprised to see about 20~25dbm difference with other LTE phones in GB. But now we know that it's mainly because ICS phones report signal strength differently than GB. Now that most phones have ICS, I don't see much difference between Gnex and others on 4G dbm though Gnex is still not the best in signal strength.
