Okay guys for those who have not yet received the update and really want to get it here is the way:
First you need to be rooted and if youre not heres the link to root your L9 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173465
Okay next for the update you need to have CWM on your phone from artas and heres the link to download and install http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2095825
After that you then go to this page that has the backup of an updated JellyBean backup with root http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251622
