Please do not use LMGTFY. It's rude. You could just say "I found a number things on Google, here's the top link" and it would probably take you less time to do that than to go to LMGTFY and set everything up. Plus, you're actually helpful when you do that, rather than being insulting with LMGTFY.

Lol left my account open in our computer, it must have been my brother who posted that(he always troll using my account if it is open). I apologize for what he has done.

As for the Jelly Bean Update, you can get it by flashing custom roms or wait until November for the official Jelly Bean Update. (Source: Official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Update for Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 coming in November and other results from Google.)

Android 4.0.4 is currently the latest ICS version and is likely to be the last as Jelly Bean, Android 4.1, is scheduled to commence its roll out for the Galaxy S2, beginning in November sometime.

Note the words, "scheduled", "commence" and "sometime".

So, in a nutshell, Samsung are aiming to begin the roll out of Jelly Bean, Android 4.1, for the Samsung Galaxy S2 sometime during the 30 days of November 2012.
