Jerky?

Hi

Just bough this tablet. My first android

Only thing i dont like and wonder if there is something to fix is :something easy as im not technical) is when browsing and on the facebook app its quite jerky (for want of a better word) when scrolling down, is this normal? Never had this on my ipad 2 :/

Please help. Ive googled jerky/choppy/juttery scrolling on tab 2 android and loads came up so im wondering if its normal but i dont have it on my iphone and last tablet I had i didnt have it on that. I LOVE everything else about it.

If you are using the Facebook app, try accessing FB through the built in browser and set the browser to desktop and not android. It may be smoother.You can access the browser setting through the menu button top right.

Ive tried using internet on the internet app and chrome and scrolling is STILL not smooth. Please help!

In Fact scrolling makes the screen NOT smooth on anything, internet, ebay app, facebook app, chrome!! HELP! Its new!

Is it the previously rooted one?

Yeah. He had it rooted to cyanogenamod then took it back to samsung default settings but said it doesnt say '0' because he doesnt remeber how to do it, in settings he said it will say something loke rom2 and not 0.

Thwt all meant nothing to me.

Apart from juttering scroll its all perfect

It may be more down to the hardware limitations on the device since it is only 1ghz processor.
Had the same problem with mine on stock touchwiz so i rooted it and bumped up the the clock speed to 1.2ghz and the problems more or less non-existent.
