Hey everyone. When I go into my apps in the settings, I can see both Jetcet programs. However, they are not showing up anywhere. I have taken the battery out to do a reset, but I havent been able to find it. Any help?

Try uninstalling and then reinstall to see if that fixes it.
Are you sure the programs are compatible with your version of Android?

It came factory with the phone...
