Totally agree ironass.
I think its wrong for these ROM developers to include the framework bundled in with their build. As the framework is free anyway, why bother? Leave the choice up to the end user.
One of two things could be afoot here:
1. Jkay has made some sort of deal with the devs so that they perhaps receive Deluxe Settings for free,have VIP support, beta test versions etc. After all, the more ROMs with his framework on, more opportunity for Deluxe Settings sales.
2. JKay's product is so good, ROM devs include it in an attempt to improve the look and UI of their ROM, so they bundle it in as standard. Initially its being included as "one-upmanship" over the others, but as more include it, the more the likelyhood that bundled framework will snowball as devs will not want to appear to be left behind the rest.
Somehow, I think it's probably (2.)
