I dont think we are going to get lucky, with the source code anytime soon, do you think you can pull the vendor blobs and stuff, from the anthrax kernel or stock..

Yes I can use what exists now. My rough estimate is going to be 48 hours after I receive I should have something worth flashing. But understand life does happen. Don't want anyone to think that is a promise

If he buys it online it should be $240 plus tax, but shipping is free.

I gave him a good price. I think he'll confirm now and again when he has my phone. Currently I'm waiting on the UPS truck to show up so that I can start the porting process and say "bye bye" to my phone.

There isn't tax on the internet.

That depends on if a company has a physical presence (office, warehouse, etc) in your state. If they do they are required to charge taxes.

Also I'm pretty California put together a law that all online stores have to charge tax on stuff sold to California residents (or is it just Amazon?). I think it goes into effect this year it next. Not quite sure about the whole thing.

California sure loves their laws.

Actually it has always been a law in california that you have to pay sales tax on items bought online and shipped into the state. It's called use tax and you're supposed to pay it while filing your taxes. No one does it though. The law just forces amazon(and other retailers) to collect those taxes for the state.
