Root JoyMod 1.0

I've been running this rom since it came out with only one issue, battery life. it'll suck some juice however recently I adjusted the CPU settings using the built in cyanogen mod settings to;
INTERACTIVE Min 245 Max 800, and battery seems to last all day now. I do have a question though. I noticed "theme Chooser" and "theme manager" apks in the system folder, but knowing themes don't work is it safe to remove these?
Oh, also if anyone is interested, I removed the stock launcher and replaced it with miHome launcher, and themed the ROM pink for my fiance (if you wanna use the theme let me know and ill see about posting it) I've also added a batterybar app to get the pink bar under the statusbar, and hidden the clock in cyanogen mod settings.

The hard work is most appreciated.... pls upload i like feel the beauty on mine as well and with instruction on how to go about it
 
I like the rom very much but 2 many apps I use I can't use on this rom because it keeps crashing, apps like Facebook and Tweetdeck

With the Facebook app I notice the thing it wants is Google Calender which on this rom it can't be installed.

The crash is enough were I have to pull the battery and restart the phone.

I did put the rom on top of the FF16 rooted version.

I just started flashing roms, and I really like this one. A few issues:

The phone and contacts don't work, saying that they are not installed. I'm assuming that I can just find the right apks and put them in the system folder to fix this, but thought I'd mention it.

I've also noticed that every time I start the phone after flashing that the Google services stops working. I'm assuming that it then won't synch with My Google Calendars and contacts (although until contacts work, it doesn't matter).

I have re-downloaded the files two different times and get the same results.

I'm pretty sure the dialer is a known issue. Just install a different one from the market, doesn't need to be a system app.
 
my battery died last night....so i put it on the charger and let it charge overnight....however, when i turned it back on several of the icons were missing...not sure how to make them appear....i went through the preferences and the hidden icon menu...but it didnt work...
 
thank you so much,,,the kids all want iphones but dont realize how much better android is,so youve made my kids really happy,thank you so much for your hard work i know its not ez.
