Help junk notifications

so i recently must have downloaded something from the market that constantly sends me junk notifications. how the hell do i get rid of this or stop them? they show up as a star in my notification bar. ive downloaded adfee from the market but they still come though.... please help me.

Delete recent apps one by one until it goes away
