Help just a quick question

my brother and I have the same phone model (xperia s) how can i update them to jb without downloading the software twice with pc companion ?
note that i have a slow internet connection that's why i want to skip the preparation step for the second phone

Umm, if your bootloader is unlocked you could flash a kernal with a recovery and flash the ROM that way. but you would need Android SDK set up..which can be a pain.

try find a tft file of the update and flash that with Flash tools.

Thank you, i just updated my xperia to Jelly bean :) via PC companion i have connection problem, this way work for me, only i use old version flash tool, course new version flash tool ask my to of MTP mode what ist not impossible on ICS
