Help Just a rant!

Well the phone in general I can't fault but...

I have noticed I have the yellow screen issue, the touch screen digitizer screws up so I have to reboot the phone and my biggest hatred is that the bootloader is locked so I can't root this phone to get the most out of it ffs!

Why should Sony or 3 my provider have administrator rights over my phone that I own???

Rant over.

Technically your network provider still owns the phone until you have finished your contact so they lock the bootloader so you can't mess it up and then blame them.

As for your screen issues take it back and ask for a replacement.

Well that is just s**t!

It's not like I'm going to blame them if I brick it and I did have to pay money for the phone... Just hating the thought of having it for the next 2 years not being able to do what I want with my phone, meh...

You own the phone, not the network. Even if you defaulted on your contract (which you ARE bound to pay for the minimum contract period) they can't come and take the phone.

It's yours to do with what you will. Feel free to do what you like with it (even sell it) but obviously consider any impact on the warranty if you do certain things.

I was also under the impression that this was the case
