I just spent about 45 minutes on the phone with VZW trying to restore my original upgrade eligibility date on my line. BG: I used my husbands upgrade eligibility to get the TB (on a 1 yr contract) and I understood that his line would be extended 1 yr (10 month upgrade eligible) and that my upgrade date would remain the same (01/2012- I got the og droid May 2010, 2 yr contract). I went online today to see how much data I've been using and noticed that my upgrade date now said 11/2012 
. I knew that was a mistake. My husbands upgrade date was correct (01/2012). I called to get everything sorted out and it turns out that when I had to exchange my 1st TB, because of screen issues, the VZW store missed a step when exchanging the phone out and that added a yr to my existing upgrade date of 01/2012 on my line. I talked to 3 different people at different levels, nice and calmly of course, and I was correct that my upgrade should still be Jan 2012 and not Nov. The first guy I talked to tried to tell me different by saying that they don't have 1 yr contracts anymore, and I had to tell him that I knew that, but I got my phone in March and still had the option of a 1 yr contract. He also said that my husbands line got my original upgrade date and the 1 yr TB contract got added to my line (I called BS on that). He went to talk to his supervisor and determined that I was right and sent me to the next level to get my upgrade date fixed. Everything is now fixed and my original upgrade date of 01/2012 is back in place 
. Just wanted to put this out in case any of you exchanged your phone (which I know some of us have) to check your upgrade date and make sure everything is still as it's suppose to be...esp if you used another lines upgrade.
