Root Just an introduction

Hey peeps im funkylogik. I have a sgs3 that i mod and tinker with a lot.
My wife is getting an s3 mini which of course im gona rom (hate TW) and i dont want to be complacent.
are there any huge differences i should watch out for when rooting, romming her phone.
Other than that. Hi forum, i may need your guidance later when i go to root it.
