If you're planning to return your Captivate for "X" reason(s), it's a positive step in your quest for what I hope will result in a device more suited to your needs. Nobody cares. Just go away.
If "X" doesn't happen by "Y" date or you will return your phone, fine. It'll give you something to look forward to. Nobody cares. Just go away.
If you don't like "X, Y, or Z" about the phone and don't believe that Samsung will come through, you shouldn't have purchased a Samsung product in the first place. Nobody cares. Just go away.
