Help Just Got DINC 2 and Have Two Problems - Please Help!

tea_b0ne

Lurker
I just purchased the DINC 2 and I love it except for two problems.

(1) Using the speaker phone is terrible! The sound is bad and the volume is low when set to it's loudest setting.

(2) The camera takes good pictures when you have plenty of light, but under low light conditions the pictures come out with a blueish tint.

Is anyone having one or both of these problems? If so, is there a fix or any suggestions on what to do to help?

Thanks for your help or suggestions!

I returned my 1st for this issue. They agreed it sounded horrible and replaced it without issue.

The speaker in general is very disapointing. I came from an Eris and it was so much louder and clearer. This is the only thing on the Inc2 I am disliking right now.

With the Eris I could work in my garage and stream music and hear it no problem. With the Inc2 I can hardly hear the music even at full blast which begins to distort.

I am having the same issue with the camera, i got mine yesterday. I thought an 8mp camera would be much better... can anyone help?

The speaker is weaker than I'd like. Luckily I hardly play music or use speakerphone.

Gonna try the camera right now in low light.......nope, perfect. The camera is one of the things that is obviously better to me coming from a D1.
