Just got my Hero

Just got my Hero (Sprint) and found this forum in my travels around trying to find ROM info and tweaks to streamline and speed it up. Hope that I can add something along the way.
 
Thanks guys. I've already used the forum and help from tatonka_Hero to root, flash and drop a new kernel on my device. Hope to learn a lot more along the way. Seems like this forum is fairly well moderated although you're always going to have n00bs and those who have no patience for them. Thanks for the resource!
