Just got the Rezound

excited about and my order form online had OTASOFTWARE UPDATE on the details. Hopefully this means the ICS update is finally about to go out.

Kicking myself as I have been carrying this update since April and I missed out on the $49.99 price tag as well as being able not to pay the stupid $30 upgrade fee.

A question for people with the extended battery, is it about the same as the Thunderbolt with the extended battery?

About the battery do you mean size wise or use duration?

From my perspective the extended battery is a bit big but not really excessive. With it you should get through the whole day on moderately heavy use. In reading the reviews most folks recommend the htc version over other brands but YMMV.

I opted for 2 the 2750 and an off brand that gives me about 1900. The smaller one fits the standard case and is good for most days. I use the larger one for travel.

I'm still using the stock battery without many complaints. I toss it on the car charger on the way home from my day job and it's good for the night. I'm likely a fairly moderate user. You might want to put the Rez through it's paces a day or two so you know where you are at for battery consumption with your usage patterns.
