i had rooted and flashed ivans 2.1
now withthe ota coming how does that affect me? i rooted and really had no idea what i was doing anyway but i figured to give it a shot and now i am like well i did it now what. and with ota 2.1 coming i am really lost.

Look up top and go to the "All Things Root" section...

Also, many developers implement code in their roms that stops the phone from recieving the OTA update and the corresponding annoying notification. So, unless you don't want root anymore, you should be good.

Tl;dr, nothing is going to happen to your phone unless you want something to happen...
