just ordered desire on 3 and im so excited!!!

well i rang em up and told them i didnt want the desire anymore and even though i was over the 14 days they let me exchange it when i told them how upset i was with the speaker.took me about 30 minutes on the phone but they were very courteous and after it was ordered at 2 in the afternoon i recieved it by courier next day at 10.25 inthe morning!!.
 
by the way i went into 3 for a new sim after the 3 customer services on 333 said i might need a new one.over the phone they gave me a
