I think if you're upgrading you can log to your account and go from there. For us new customers.........you would think they would make it easy too. Verizon, don't you want my freaken business?????

Just completed my Droid X online order. I am in Upstate NY, Syracuse area. I entered 28097 for my zip, selected the Droid X, then Signed into my account to complete the upgrade!!!

Hopefully I get through now, I'm only an hour and a half away from ya in Lewis county.
