OK so I just ordered my N4 and plan to use it on Straight Talk. I currently run my GS1 on ST with ATT towers. I had hoped to use my sim card in the N4 or just order a new one. I see I would need to cut it down but I assume I can use my old sim card in my new phone right? Otherwise I'm really screwed because the T mobile coverage here is horrible. Does anybody have any good links on the size I would need to cut down my ATT ST sim to a ATT Micro sim on ST?

If you take your SIM card into an AT&T store they may cut it down for you if you're lucky. If you're not so lucky there are tutorials online if you do a quick Google search.

First, your sim should work as I took mine from my Galaxy Nexus to use in my N4. Because getting ST AT&T sims has become quite expensive, and if you cannot get the mini sim cut to a micro sim by a local shop, you may want to spring for a sim cutter. This is the one I bought; however, I was successful with sharp scissors and a nail file cutting another sim using a printout from the web. It depends on what kind of chance you want to take and what kind of $$ you have to spend.

Don't waste your time and money buying a sim cutter which you more than likely will use once maybe twice. All that pointless waiting for a dumb tool.

I recently went into an ATT store and had them cut my new T-mo sim to micro size. Tipped the guy 3 bucks and all is well. Really it's just a matter of being polite, nice, and making the rep feel like a hero for cutting your sim card.

Degree of difficulty is a 2 out of 10....10 being the hardest..

People skillz people...

Edit:
Do not attempt to cut the damn thing yourself. You will fail. Then you get to find a new sim, then wait to do what you should've done originally.

Just to update you guys I couldn't find anybody who could cut my Sim for me. So I went the diagram rout and watched some YouTube clips. I was able to get mine cut and working fairly quickly. I'm loving my nexus 4!
