Help Just ordered the Droid X.

Switched to Verizon and just ordered the Droid X (Hopefully it gets here soon).

My question is this, I actually kind of like the software on the Incredible, is there anyways to get that onto the Droid X through rooting or ROM's?

(I'm new to smartphones and especially Androids so any help is greatly appreciated).

Welcome and once you get your X there are different options for your screen layout. I use a program called launcher pro I think it is better than the sense ui on the incredible.

no custom roms just yet. we're still patiently waiting. but yes, launcher pro is great.

Another vote for Launcher Pro. The only thing I miss is the X's contact widget which lets you setup a direct dial for your contacts. This will be coming in Froyo update though.
