Just plain Android Vanilla?

Is there no launcher that will give you just plain vanilla? Why can you have every launcher in the world, but the actual OS One?

Lol, im right there with you. I was using back in 1.5 where you could. If you root there are plenty of custom roms that are vanilla, thats what im doing.

turn off SenseUI.. that would give you the plain vanilla launcher.. or course you'd lose all those SenseUI widgets in the process.. even adding a custom launcher requires not using SenseUI..

You can in no way use vanilla android on a stock rom simply by clearing the default on sense. I wish it were possible by to my knowledge it isn't.

Stock 2.1 rom I mean, on 1.5 you could though.

I wouldn't really miss the sense widgets.

I've been running the ADW launcher for a while now, and although I don't miss sense a whole lot, I DO miss some of the widgets, and little things that sense does to tie everything together....
