Any cases that you guys recommend?
Mine has been naked since day one, imo, it's just too sexy of a phone to cover up. I've got Insurance on it though so I'm not concerned with breakage
First, you may want to look into getting an extended battery; I bought the 2100 mAh battery through my carrier (Verizon). However, if you end up getting an extended battery, a good case is EXTREMELY hard to come across. Hardly any good cases out there snugly fit with an extended battery installed. Without the extended battery, I would say the best looking and smallest added size case out is the Seidio Active. In terms of protection, it supposedly gets about the same protection as an Otterbox Commuter. However, because I got the extended battery, I went with the Diztronic Rev 3 and it's been great. It's hardly noticeable that it's on the phone, yet gives the phone a solid feel. Plus it's cheap, too!
True but still its just like when you love your six pack so much that you cover it with fat lolMine has been naked since day one, imo, it's just too sexy of a phone to cover up. I've got Insurance on it though so I'm not concerned with breakage

Thanks I'll look into them
Pretty sure that if you break your phone and ask for a replacement, you have to pay a $100 deductible. In my opinion it's alot cheaper to just fix it yourself or have an outside vender do it for you. Also, that's assuming "breakage" as cracking the digitizer. Unless you spill something on the phone, breaking the internal components would be pretty difficult to do.
and maybe invisible shield? Oh that's right we get a lower capacity battery :/Please note that the GSM and Verizon variants of the Nexus use different extended batteries & back covers so please ensure you are ordering the correct one (OP needs a GSM version) before pulling the trigger.
Also I really like my TPU case (linked below) which fits perfectly fine with the extended battery in.
