Root Just rooted, couple questions...

Ok I just rooted my DX. What am I to do now? I am currently downloading titanium backup. What else do I do?

Do I need to deodex? What exactly does that mean? Noob here so please be gentle, lol...

What is the best app to delete bloatware. i actually forgot that I installed Mybackup pro a while back so i don't need Titanium. Any suggestions? Already did a full back up of all apps and ready to start removing some of this crap, lol....

Also where do I get the black notification bar?

ROM Manager has FlyX v0.1 which is deodexed. That's how I did it. It's in the birdman section of downloads. It requires you to be on the 2.2 leak.

I'm on the OTA. Just rooted a little bit ago. Really want to deodex so I can get the black status bar. Anyone help me deodex it? Very new at all this stuff but am figuring it out quite quickly....

Oh, I don't think you can do so with ROM Manager anymore if you're using OTA 2.2.
That has the new bootloader on it, so you might be hosed, afaik

Dammit, that sucks.... One of the main reasons why I wanted to root. Oh well. Was able to download some new apps and remove some crap from my phone...
