Root Just Rooted, how to go back to stock restore?

I just recently rooted my casio commando C771m130 harware 1.1 android 2.3.3.

I installed gnm recovery and created backup.

what would be the steps to restore if I sold the phone and wanted to perform a phone restore, essentially restoring back to factory setting?

is it a matter of doing the following?

1: restore my phone to first backup made after root
2: perfrom unroot using process....add link please
3: resinstall factory image recovery file......
4: perform factory recovery.....

please fill in details if you can...

if you're using SuperSU instead of superuser app,there's a feature to full unroot your device but i dont test it by myself,it's hard and long wait to just root this device.
I dont know how to remove custom recovery,since we dont have resource for stock/factory recovery image file.Maybe doing factory reset from device default can work it.
