Help Just rooted my phone. What now?

I rooted my Galaxy Y Gingerbread 2.3.6. I read online that you can download some apps like the ones in a jailbroken iPhone. I want cputuner but I have no idea how to get it. I also want some free paid apps but still, i have no idea how to do it. Any of you guys wanna help an android newbie here? Thanks and Happy Holidays! ;P

that is the link to cputuner, it appears to be free.

The only way to get paid apps for free is the amazon free app of the day promotion. Any other method would be considered stealing from developers(copyright infringement) and we at Android Forums don't condone any discussion about such things.

Cpu Tuner is available on the market, head here and you should be able to remote install to your handset. The kernel in your phone might not be capable of overclock though so CPU Tuner might not work unfortunately.
